From Portland, South on I-5, 99W (Pacific Hwy.) Newberg/Tigard Exit, approx. 3.5 miles.  Quest is on right in Canterbury Square complex, located in a single building located at front of parking area.

From Newberg.  Hwy 99W (Pacific Hwy.) through King City.  Left after Bull Mtn. intersection into Canterbury Square.  Quest is a single building located at front of parking area.
